Cell Phone Shop Fees

I haven't done a cell phone shop in many months. The fees are too low now. The lowest fee I ever did one for was $17.00. Most of the shops I did were between $25-$40. Did I just happen to catch them at the right time? I am now seeing a lot of them at $11.00 or so now and rarely see them bonused. I was just wondering if it was just me.

I know which company you are talking about with the $11.00 fee. I never do those. I have seen the base price of $10 with a bonus up to $15.00 and another MSC with a $10.00 base price bonus them to $20.00. I have never seen the base price at $25-$40.

Sorry, I should have clarified, all the shops I did had some sort of bonus (or changed fee). I did that $11.00 shop for $20.00.

they still offer bonuses...and now are bonusing their revealed shops
heavily in some areas...some of their newer shoppers dont know any
better and take them at base fee

That would make sense, maybe I have a newer shopper in my area.

When I shopped on a really limited part-time basis back in 2004-2005, I could have sworn MF had cell phone shops for $15. Back then it wouldn't have crossed my mind to ask for a bonus, but the shops only took about 20 minutes and the reports about 10 because of little or no narrative.
