How long until "no news is good news" for Papa John's shop?

Just wondering about how long it takes to hear back if your photos aren't accepted and when I can quit holding my breath. lol It's been six days.......

depends on which msc. One of them it's easy to verify
when the shop is approved by looking at the history
and seeing a date for verified

Just saw that this msc has now picked up dominos as well. Those that
hate Papa Johns and like Dominos may want to do those shops.

Looks like they start next week but can request now from email I received.

If it's the MSC I'm thinking of, if they don't like your pictures, you'll usually hear right away.
