i feel like all this is just way out there. i'm happy with them giving me service on the phone without me ever having to pay out of pocket, drive to the location, do a report, etc... i mean.. you're complaining about $55 vs what they gave us which is $195 worth. yes, you might rather have the money in your pocket, but they aren't really obligated to give us anything. they can change the rules and guidelines, and chose not to accept your shop at any time during those months. class action lawyer nonsense is a little extreme.
