Everytime I try to login onto Hidden Concepts, I get a time out message. I have tried with Firefox, Google and Internet Explorer. Are there any computer experts out there who can guide me as to how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

There are a couple of possibilities and most of them have nothing to do with you or your machine. First, of course, is that their server is down or missing entirely, which would generally give you a 404 not found error. Depending on your browser it may well be that you are getting the more user friendly 'time out' explanation.

Have you ever been able to get into the site and if so, how long ago did you last visit?

Edited--ok, I Googled them and their front page of their website came up well. I attempted to go to the Evaluator signup and it is a shopmetrics website that is not functioning. I tried a couple of variations and got nothing. So I suspect these guys are either out of business or have changed from shopmetrics to some other reporting platform and have not updated their website. Shopmetrics other sites seem to be functioning quite well today.

2nd edit--perusing their website I find nothing with a more current date than 4th quarter 2007.

Final edit (I promise :-) )--I did a search on volition.com for them. Apparently mid 2007 they were already not answering phones and the website wasn't working. Folks were unpaid for work completed. Palm Scheduling apparently for at least a brief time was attempting to schedule work for them. Hidden Concepts has gone, leaving shoppers unpaid.

Heck, I wasn't signed up with them so checking on it had a personal motive as well--if they were alive and kicking I would likely have signed up You can never have too many MSP job boards to choose from.
