Contact Scheduler or Someone else re: Overpayment

Just wondering who would be the appropriate person. This is the first time it has happened to me in all my years of MSing. I have a good relationship with one scheduler at this MSC and she schedules me for everything at this MSC. So not sure if I should contact her first. Any input would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I would start there - the scheduler can lead you in the right direction if she can't help you.

Yes, start with the scheduler. They can either clear it up or pass it on to the right person.

The very first job I was asked to do I declined - it was an all day theatre checking thing - this was in the late 90s...anyway a few weeks later I got a check for $120.00!! That was really before much was done online so I had to call the company and they were so grateful I called. I am sure whoever did do the job was wanting their money!

What overpayment? I thought it was a bonus! The customer is always right!

Once I was overpaid, and I contacted the MSC and gave them the overage. This week I was shorted by a company and could not get the scheduler to call back, no matter how many times I tried.
