I attempted to perform the hotel app check in shop and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes until my scheduled check in time in the parking lot as I was running early that day. Then after all was said and done could not check in with the app!
I also could not "secretly" talk to an employee and ask about the app without being seen from the front desk. Both employees were behind the desk and the other was in full view of the front desk.
This was frustrating and I canceled the shop immediately when I got home as I could not "follow the directions exactly" as stated in the requirements for the shop.
According to the instructions I was supposed to be able to complete this shop at any time of day morning or evening! The reason I could not check in was my room was not ready... And this was 2:00pm
I am really hoping the scheduler answers my questions on what I should have done. This was frustrating to try and accomplish to their speicifications.
I am glad it was my last shop for the day!
