Dang it, I got the pictures of them all wrong.
The way I read the guideline I understood you have to take the picture of the oreder area from the front of the store. Intead it is always from the side, not from the entrance in the front. Most of my audits had the fornt antrance where the eating area is, so my pictures were just taking the dining room, the divider and the menu.
I always had the doubt that the client did not really wanted that, so I always took also the right pictures, but on the report there was room for only one picture...so now I have to wait for them to ask the correct pictures. And knowing the MSC they will cut down the fee.
