I like Prophet for entering reports but I hate it for searching for jobs. I prefer Sassie for that. I like Clientsmart the best overall but not many companies I'm signed up with use it. I think I would rate them Clientsmart, Sassie, Prophet, Smartmetics, and iSecretShop in that order.

I don't like the narrative boxes for Prophet. If you have to go into any lengthy detail it's hard to check your spelling and grammar because you can't see as much of your text all at once and have to scroll down while reading. I prefer Sassie, and also like the spellcheck feature with Sassie narrative boxes.
I like Sassie because you can hit save, go to the bathroom, get a snack and come right back to where you left off...(I know you can do that with other sites) but I just like Sassie!smiling smiley
Sassie, for sure. I find it very easy to use, both in searching for jobs and entering reports.

I don't like shopmetrics, although I've only had one assignment (scheduled for next week), so I have no idea how the reports are to enter. But I think the search function is cumbersome!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
Market force- I can self-assign and check payments, get paperwork, and check receipt submission. I don't know what the platform is called, but it's the best IMO.

I think it's the Market Force Platform and I dig it! smiling smiley
Any platform can be bastardized by the MSC with repetitive questions and narratives. I like certain things about most of the questionnaires, but none are perfected. I think the worst Sassie use award goes to GFK. Lord, don't get me started.

Shopmetrics is cumbersome for me, too. The reporting form is so wide that it causes me to have to shift back and forth on my screen in order to report data. I am also uncertain as to how each page can be saved before it times out.
Yes and after you have gone through and answered everything, then check to make sure that the report is indeed complete, you hve to suffer through spellcheck again, especially if an employee name is spelled differently than the normal way or if you are doing a cell phone shop where you might have cell phone brand or model names that the platform doesn't recognize (like iPhone or Razr). Then each one, you have to inform it to skip or add to library. I don't like ShopMetrics, either. The companies that use it generally don't pay enough to suffer through that awkward platform.
