After completing shops that use Shop Metrics, I select all, copy and paste to Word. Each time though, something is corrupt and it won't save. The corrupt copy has a single word per line. Help?
Never tried that with Shop Metrics that I know of. I generally just print to pdf. Do you have the same problem with other sites? (i.e. is it your copy/paste that may be corrupted rather than a Shop Metrics or browser issue?)
No problem copy/pasting elsewhere. Next time I try to save a Shop Metrics, I'll pay more attention to the error message which was gobbledygook to me. Printing to pdf may be easier anyway.
