I'm not sure but I think they mean that sometimes across the top of the pages on this forum there are messages that try to trick you into clicking. DON'T CLICK.

Can you send me a screenshot of the ad? I'm able to individually ban ads. Google provides the ads, and they unfortunately let a number of uncrupulous advertisers through.

I'd feel like a tool if I used these toolbars.
