On a related note. Apartment shopping. Easier or harder than banks?

Remington. Good pay, but they want a ton of narrative. Harder than a bank. Like 4 banks = 1 apartment.

Oh geez! Banks are hard enough and apartments don't pay 4x! I kinda want to maybe try video though and well, you can't really do video inside a bank unless you want people with guns and badges shining a bright light in your face and asking lots of questions over and over.

@ $52 for mspa gold, it might be x4 depending on your bank jobs.

Or it could be less than the ones I'm doing this week. I'm thinking about doing one of the ones you mentioned though. One of them is literally across the street from the back entrance to my neighborhood.

Jancyn? Must be regional ~ never seen apartment shops with them out here. Interesting ~ I'll have to keep an eye out in case some show up.

MarketStat does apartment shops in my area... but given the above example, they may not in yours! smiling smiley They start at $25, and unclaimed jobs go up to $30-$35. All the ones I've done are non-targeted. Fairly easy, but the reports take some time (1 hour +) and do have a few redundancies that annoy me. But I'm getting used to them. I like the scheduler, too. And they're flexible with extending the due date if you have trouble reaching the apartment person by phone to set up your appointment.

Interesting. Neither MarketStat or Remington offer apartment shops here. Apartments are some my favorites and quite easy. Most don't have the silly, repetitive reports like Ellis and a some of my video shops have had no report at all. For me the trick to having Ellis reports go faster is to open up each page of the report in a separate tab in order to copy and paste some of the repetitive information.

I have no problem doing banks or apartment shops but apartment visits usually take longer to perform unless you get stuck waiting for a long time at a very busy bank branch.

Instant Replays and Clear Evaluations. But those are mainly video or audio recorded. MUCH easier reports than EPMS or Remington.
