July

July is winding to a conclusion...How many shops have you done? What did you make in fees and reimbursements? I had a super good month, not as high paying shops as last month, but more shops, so more $. I took everything decent I could, even last minute, to get this far....Need cash! :-)

As of July 23:
94 shops
Fees and bonuses done or still scheduled for the month of July: $1438.50
Reimbursements: $547.25

Total: $1985.75; 21.13 per shop.

Wow, you done good! I have to take it slow since my kids are home, and my father is ill (my mom is my babysitter when needed during the day) so it hasn't been nearly as good for me. Lots of turned down shops.

Only $149 and $48 in reimbursement. $15 per shop.
I do this part-time, so only try to take shops close to home that pay reasonably well. Plus I had to cancel a good-paying bar shop due to dental surgery. Still, as of today, I did 17 shops for $308, $41 of which was reimbursement, for an average of $18/shop.

Next month I plan to work out some routes that will allow me to travel further, and take some low-paying fast food or gas shops along the way.
After a gangbuster June I am pretty much taking July off, doing mostly lunch and dinner shops with my sweetie, grocery shops and phone shops and spending a fair amount of time mucking out my house and garage in small installments.

Total jobs 46
Total fees $349
Total reimbursements $478
$17.98/shop
LOL - I did one shop in July that will pay $8 plus a $10 reimbursement. I am SO looking forward to kiddos going back to school! I already have two shops scheduled for the first week of September ($25/each - no purchases).
Sweet! I love math! Let's see....

For July, I have $647 in fees, and $237 reimbursements, for 53 shops so
$16.67 avg. w/reimb. Only a few bonuses and I tried a lot of new little things this month for fun, so not bad! Only have 20 scheduled for August, but I am queen of the last minute pick up!
September???? You have SEPTEMBER? Go, solideogloria!

It'll get better. Things will turn around and then you won't have to turn the shops down.

I have only worked 3 days this month, I just didn't feel ambitious. Too many fish to catch, and ice cream cones to share with my granddaughter.

But I've made $317 in 18 jobs.

fortunately, I generally spread my jobs out between companies that pay fast and those that pay slow, so I still had quite a bit of trickle down income this month.

If I don't get my butt in gear next month, I'll have to pick up a ton of "quick pay" jobs in September, or else eat a lot of ramen noodles.
Only two more shops scheduled and lots of room for last-minute bonuses!

$743
$268.25 reimbursed
$13.27/shop
This was a slow month for me.
7 stop and go stores @ $7.00 + 2.00 reimpbersment
2 grocery stores @ 17.00 + 2.00
1 phone shop $12.00
for a grand total of $$113.00
Next month is looking a lot better.
I will have
7 merchindizing shops @ $8.00 each
1 electronic shop @ $130.00
and these are all in the 1st 9 days of the month. I will probably pick up the 7 stop and go stores again.
So at least Aug is looking good so far.
I added a few more...final tallies not done yet...more when July folds.

95 shops
$1,171.75
348.50 reimbursements

Another $125 reimbursement if my carpet cleaning shop happens .... I'm still waiting .... due date was supposed to be 7/30 but I haven't been contacted with the final scheduling info ... so I guess it may get pushed to August ......
Okay, so I thought I only had 3 shops to do today...overflow from weekend. Hmph, make that 6! With no babysitter! I am losing my mind after this weekend, 25 shops in 4 days...I'm taking a few days off to catch up on the house!

With only 2 left for the month ($100 )
960 fees, 337 reimbursements
Not bad for my 4th month!

It's also hard for me to pick up work because I live in a densly-populated area. The most densly populated state in the nation actually. So the odds are for every shop there are at least 25 shoppers who will do them and if you aren't lightning fast you miss it. I've actually applied for ships via my BlackBerry! Summer is tough. I am out and about unless the kids are in camp!

Wow! I must have set my aspirations too low. I'm out here applying for lowly shops on my computer, while Susan boldly and bravely applies for entire ships on her Blackberry!

Greedy me, strikes again...make that 5 left this month, $158/49

Dee, you are rubbing off on me! I am addicted to checking boards and from now on I will always leave the last week of the month wide open for bonused goodies! Im turning into such a who*e smiling smiley
I did 72 shops
Fees: $700.26
Reimb: $295.79

Average: $13.83 per shop.

This is only my second month doing this, so hopefully once I get the feel of things, I can raise my average a bit smiling smiley.

Just as long as you don't start taking the $5 shops 20 miles away with a purchase and return! :-) Then take 2 aspirin and PM me in the morning. :-)

WHAT? You would never do that.....would you? How about 33 miles for $17....is that okay? I took the job after looking at the address, but it wasn't printed on the job details correctly, a 14 miles difference. SIGH, I didnt want to flake so I did it after dinner last night.
