A funny thing happened on the way to store...

So I am doing a gym equipment shop yesterday. I was to go in a pose as a someone who would like to put a home gym in. It was a fun shop. We have a Bowflex and would love to upgrade (which isn't going to happen) so to talk about the eqipment and try it out was great.

One of the other shops for this client was an integrity shop. A customer was to come in, in a rush, and state they were buying a quick gift. Pay with cash and then quickly get ready to leave the store, not asking for change or a receipt. They were to see if they were offered either.

While I was chatting about the gym equipment I was going to by, a woman (who was obviously not into gym equipment) came rushing in and did that exact scenario right in front of me!! LOL

I had to bite my tongue not to laugh or comment to her "I know who you are!" LOL

LOL! Wasn't me. Did they give her the change/receipt? I've seen those shops listed but figured it would be a quick way to get discovered as the MS. I mean.. if once a month they have a not-into-gym-equipment person come RUSHING in- in SUCH a hurry they can't even wait for their change?? I mean, really.... I don't wait for change when I'm buying pizza or taco truck tacos.. at a retail store I may get ticked if they take too long, but I'm gonna wait for change. It's gotta be a dead give away to the employees. KWIM?

Okay, I'm caught. It was ME! I flew to NJ to do a shop!

LOL Yes they got the change and the receipt. It was one of the funniest things I've ever had happen while shopping. I wanted to make the Homer Simpson sound "DOH!"

I always get a laugh on this forum.

I asked for an extension until the plane could land. Seems they desperately needed a shopper, so they said yes! :-) LOL.

Was she being chased by goats at the time?

Okay, I was being chased by goats. Strangely, they were at the airport and followed the taxi to the gym store. I had to run as I had to make it back to the airport to get the next plane to HNL. So I wouldn't be late with the report after getting the extension. I adopted a baby goat and brought it home!
