Shopping The Same Location Twice In A Month

Last month I did a few revealed audits for MSP A on behalf of a cel phone provider (let's call them A1).

This month I picked up a couple of mystery shops for MSP B on behalf of a chain of cel phone stores (B1).

After I accepted it, I realized that one of the locations is one I audited last month. I'm a little concerned that if the same people are there they will recognize me and identify me as a Shopper.

Should I be concerned? And am I obligated to notify the scheduler for MSP B that I audited the location a month ago?

You're not obligated to tell the second MSP anything, indeed it is privileged information between you and MSP A. It is your call in accepting or declining B1 if you feel you'd be recognized. When faced with this possibility, I will go to the location on my own a time or two just to establish an interest/presence unrelated to ms'ing. If the second shop is worth$while, be creative and think of questions to throw them off your trail.
You are not at all obligated to tell either company about the other one and you indicate this is a different client at the same location, which makes it even LESS pertinent to either company. It is normal and natural for a real customer to come in and check out various plans being offered by various providers before deciding what to purchase. So even if you get the same salesperson you got last round, it is not a screaming announcement you are a shopper--in fact it is a good decoy--to be asking about a different provider and plan. And if you still can't make up your mind, that too is normal. So don't be shy about it, even if you get the same person as last time. If they recognize you, just smile and say you are still looking because you really want to get a good plan. A friend suggested they were happy with [the brand you are asking about this time] so you wanted to get more information about it.
Just to be clear - the first visit I was doing a revealed audit for the provider they represent.
Well, you were quite interested in the product so now are back to find out more how it could work for you because your current contract is about to expire. (Of course if you are seeing different people or if they don't recognize you, just be a normal naive customer.)
Can you somehow disguise yourself with glasses or a fake mustache (kidding). I often change my look when doing a drive thru/dine in. I will put my hair up, a little makeup before I go in, I have a pair of glasses w/o a prescription (they make me look smart, don't laugh) put a overshirt on, etc. I know it sounds paranoid, but I would rather look 'kinda' like the chick that just came through the drive-thru than be called out as THE chick that just came through the drive-thru.
