Need help in understanding account manually deactivated?

Hi,

I was trying to register for a company. They had a test as a precondition for approval. I did take it but according to the system I did not pass it in both attemtps. The test seemed to be an average test and I could not figure out what happened.

The puzzling thing is the company deactivated my account and I could not find their contact information so that at least I could ask them what happened.

So, my question is: Is the deactivation forever? If yes, how can I get my information removed from their system because I still see my profile on their system.

Please help.

Thanks.

How would you expect that anyone could answer such company specific questions when you have not given the company's name?

If a company requires that new shoppers pass a test as a precondition for approval, and if only two attempts are allowed, I would guess that new shoppers who fail to pass the test within two attempts would not be approved. But you won't know for sure without contacting the company.

Give more information about the company and maybe someone can help you with contact information so you will be able to contact them.
Maybe they want shoppers who can spell? They are Intelli-shop. If you were trying to sign up with something called Itellishop, it may have been a scam website.

I say this in all seriousness because there ARE scam mystery shopping sites and I hope the test didn't consist of:

What is your bank account number?
What is your PIN number?
What is your mother's maiden name?
What is the password to your email account?

Time to build a bigger bridge.

I think maybe they just left the n out. I'm sure we have all done that a time or 2.
