Can anyone share the maximum amount made in ONE SINGLE shop?

I like the apartment shops and university living shops. Nothing to buy and the pay is above the standard most times with bonus added. I've signed up with as many of these companies as I can that service my area.

Several good ones, Harrahs casino shops as mentioned above usually around $100+ depending on shop, Hotels free night/fine dining/room service breakfast maybe $250, car dealerships series of three for $180. I want to know about cruise shops, I'm available anytime!
Without counting reimbursements forfine dining, which has been as high as $260, I have gotten $125 for an international cost of living price audit (400 items checked at two different stores, and the items varied from groceries and TP to golf fees and massages.) That took me 4 hours (but I also think I was kind of fast at price checking.)

I get $200 to do a restaurant shop at a casino in a high class steakhouse. I get
$150 to do a time share shop but they are for experienced shoppers only.

I get $100 almost every time I use my timeshare to listen to a 45 minute presentation and this isn't a mystery shop!
My sister did a loan shop with Bare International. They pay $200 for the shop plus $100 bonus if everything is done right. She did make $300 for the shop. They provide all the information you need to apply, a recorder etc. Sweet easy $300.
I just got $75 to take an admissions test at a local tech school. Travel time, testing, and the report added up to about 3 hours.

My favorite was one my wife and I both did just before Christmas last year. We each got a $200 credit card/gift card and had to go shop at certain merchants to see if they accept the card.

We each got paid $25, plus got to keep the things we bought, plus anything left on the card when we were done was ours.

I spent $119.00, she spent $89. (I bought our dinner on my card, since the restaurant was on my list).

This was just plain fun, not to mention decent pay.

Merchandising pays better if it's done right. I average $250 a week in Merchandising and generally dedicate two days per week to it.

My wife does it one day a week, has a little more fun, and gets about $100 a week.

I officially retired from the workforce at 40 years old and have made my living on thise type of work since then.

It takes time, it takes creativity and imagination, most of all it takes the right attitude. I take a lot of boring low paying jobs for schedulers I like, because they always call me when they have the fun jobs or the ones that pay well.

It's worth it to me to listen to cell phone demo's, at $15 a pop, if I know I get hockey tickets for Friday night, $40 to spend at concessions, and $25 for my time, and all I have to do is count the number of times a promotor's name is mentioned by the announcer and call in my report before I leave the arena.

Schedulers are just like real people. If you do the grunt work for them, they remember you when the cake jobs come along.
I'm in awe, JayTee. Retired at the young age of 40, and living on shop income. We've tried to be smart, are in our 50's, and still we keep our nose to grindstone. With today's economy and mine and my husband's mindset, I don't think we'll ever "retire".

I agree with you, partially, that schedulers are real people. That's been my experience, for the most part. You have to have exceptions to prove the rule.
The all-time best for one single shop is $450. A financial-type shop.

Recently, there have been 'shop alongs' in my area.......well, a bit up north.
I let my shopper friend up there know and she has done two now.
One was for Costco where she spent $100 (reimbursed) and was paid $175.
They walk around with you videotaping and asking you questions about your shopping habits.
The second one she did recently, they came to her home......looked in medicine cabinet and then met her at Fred Meyer. She did not have to purchase anything and again they walked around with her asking questions about medicines and displays at the store. She was paid $275 fee.
No report to fill out but it does take about 3-4 hours of your time.
They pay you cash on the spot so no waiting for payment.
I only hope they come south a bit where I am so I can do them because you do have to live in the vicinity of the store where they want to do the shop along.

I have never seen that shop, but I would love to do it.

And I sent her another one which was only hour and half.......fee $100.
They send me emails and list the cities they want you to be 15 - 20 minutes near.
The funny thing about the last one is they cancelled on her for one date but didn't tell her they were coming on the other date so they called the morning of 24th.......she was ill and her son but she managed to get a babysitter and get ready. She waited an hour and they called and said they would have to cancel again. They apologized and are sending her $50 for her trouble.
If I ever see one in Hawaii, I will forward the email to you,,k??

I get $100.00 for apartment shops for one Property Management Company in my area. They do their own properties and competitor shops. I got $105.00 for doing assisted living shops last year. I got an email recently and saw they had dropped the fee to $90.00.

Are you able to say the name of the company that scheduled you to do this, please? If that is against the rules, I understand.
Thanks!
That can get a little tricky. If, for example but I'm pretty sure it was not the case, the shop client was Budweiser, it would be safe to mention the MSP because the show was mentioned but not the client. If, on the other hand the client was Disney then it would be a violation of the Independent Contractor Agreement to reveal the company doing the shop.
I made $150 for an eye exam and glasses purchase. Hey, after insurance, I only had to pay $30 for my hubby's new glasses that he was desperately needing anyway. THAT is what I love about Mshopping!
Well it seems I am the newbe! I am only on page 3 and my eyes are closing...my pillow is calling. That is my way of saying Good night all. See you later!
Lilly and can't wait to get thru them all!
I have made $95 on a shop at a senior community and I have made $120 for an eye glass exam shop.
I have earned $200 for golf, meals, drinks and pro shop purchases. I have also made ove $100 on fine dining shops. Of course you have to pay up front and then wait for the money back. It is still worth getting a free day of golf or nice dinner. I just wish there were more available. The reports are long, but it is nice to do these.
Yes, the golf and bowling look like they would be nice shops to have a little fun with a friend. I regret I can take neither as my companion's back make both not feasible. They and the dining shops don't put any revenue in the pocket, but they are a really nice way to have a spouse or companion less annoyed and more supportive with the rest of your shopping. I picked up 2 restaurants this morning for May that have him licking his chops smiling smiley
