I'd suggest you explore the Mystery Shopping Company Discussion section of this forum for views about companies. Most of us favor some companies over others, but it depends on our experience, time commitment and goals in doing mystery shops.

Michael's list is a very good example of why we often say that shoppers seldom agree on which MSC is best for any thing.
