Is there a way to find out what question you have missed on this platform? I have been trying to submit a report this evening and I can't. I keep getting a message to answer all the questions before I submit the survey. I have looked, manually, through the report and do not see any unanswered questions or unchecked items. I have sent my scheduler an email but I don't expect to hear back until daylight (morning). In the meantime, I'm obsessing because I can't find what I have missed.

Did you miss a narrative? Occasionally there will be a trick question that says, "If yes or no, explain why you answered that way." We get so used to doing narratives for all the No answers, it's easy to miss one that needs a narrative for a Yes.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Sometimes if you hit save (on the left) without hitting the complete and check button on the right, when it goes into spell check it will highlight with red where the errors are.
Thanks dspeakes and jackaroe. I narrated all those those double negative (meaning yes) responses. When I save it just highlights the spellings - which are spelled correctly - so I select ignore all. Thanks again. I will sleep on it and try first thing in the morning. It was an exstensive survey with over 60 questions requiring narrative...I am too fatigued. Hopefully, I will have a fresh eye in the morning.
Once I had the same problem and found out that I failed to answer each row and just filled out what was obviously applicable. For instance, it it asks about the activities of the associates. If no one was greeting the customers, or no one was manning the cash counter, be sure to fill it out as 0. Don't just leave it blank.

And yes, if it says explain, be sure to fill out that section. Good luck!
