The reporting varies. Some MSC's have a few yes/no questions, while others have their standard non-video report that has to be filled out in addition to the video. I would also suggest that you try at least one of each type of shop before investing in the equipment [i.e. car, new home, apartment, senior care, etc.]. Video is a whole new world of shopping and while the fees are higher, the risk side is also raised.
I had a recent apartment shop where I did the entire shop, I leave, get into my car, start the engine...and then remember I forgot to ask the fair housing question. The camera is still running at this point so I shut off the car, get out, walk back in and, in my best Columbo impression asked, "Just one more thing..." I haven't heard if the shop will be accepted yet, but it's one of the pitfalls of video. Your mistakes will show up in all their glory also.
