GAPBuster Non-payment

I did a couple of shops with GAPBuster last October and I still haven't received any payment from them. When they called me last January and asked for help, they promised me that they will be paying me this time together with what they owe me still. Until now, I still haven't received anything from them. Nobody has been responding to my email and they have now deactivated my account. What should I do? I'm so pissed as I want the compensation I worked hard for.

I've heard so much about this company, it isn't funny! I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole now. No way.
It is so hard to understand the rhyme or reason behind their payments to some and not others. Despite all the reports I decided to take a chance on shop in September. It was not all that far away, involved no cash out of pocket and was bonused up to $50. Because of a weird situation with the exterior photo I anticipated some issues with quality control. It took some explaining, but the shop was approved and I was paid. Yet there are reports of non-payment and/or late payment going back a long time.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

@Lisa, too true! And I don't like that they don't just send out system emails saying that payments are delayed. You'll just come here and find out from the UK that they got an email or it's on their message board. I think a good portion of the worrying would be allayed if people just knew what was going on.

For all the crap Marketforce gets, they've always notified us if payment was going to be in the least bit delayed, and I appreciate that.
