What are your favorite apps/tools for shopping?

I personally love using WanderList, I have checklists I've made for all my different shops on there and can reuse the same checklist every time I go to the same client. It's wonderful!

I also have grown to love using Google Calendar that syncs with my phone from my computer, when I enter my shops with the addresses I will get a reminder telling me what time I need to leave based on the time it takes to drive there from my current location. So nice! And I can just click on the address I have on the calendar and it will open my gps to that address.

What about you? What apps or tools help you the most in mystery shopping?

I only have a couple of apps I use while doing shops. I love the app called Turbo Scan which lets you take three pictures of your receipt or a business card and will scan it so that you can email it to yourself so when you get home all you have to do is go to your email. I also use Evernote to list my routes or make notes about my experience such as employee names, time entered and time out of store and anything else required by the shop.
I love DropCopy for sending individual pics like receipts from my phone to my computer. I suppose I can just email then (or iMessage them) but that gets cluttered. DropCopy is a simple file sharing tool fro going from phone to computer.

For timings where I don't want to look at my phone I use SMStopwatch. It uses the volume buttons as start/lap/stop buttons so you don't have to look at your screen and be obvious about timing.

For voice recording I use Recordium. The playback control is awesome. Best I've found.

For note taking - ShopIt. It's designed for MSing and looks like you're just texting when you're really taking time stamped notes.

I like Google calendar too and use it to keep track of my shops. I haven't tried out any other apps except ShopIt. I ended up asking for a refund for ShopIt because it kept crashing.

I tried using the stop watch on my iphone but I felt it was too conspicious so I got a digital watch with a lap feature.

Sometimes I use my phone for voice recording but I don't have a lot of storage space left on my phone so I can only do that for short recordings. For longer recordings I use a voice recorder that I can slip into my bra :-)

I'm going to try out some of the apps suggested...thanks for sharing!

I love using my google calendar for my shops, but did not know about putting in an address. Thanks!
I downloaded a 99 cents digital clock app, to get hh:mm:ss.

@Hoju: "For timings where I don't want to look at my phone I use SMStopwatch" Is that an Android app? I can't find it in iTunes.
Weird! I can't find it anywhere in the app store anymore. I wonder if it's been pulled. I'd better not delete it.
Sorry about that. If I find it I'll let you know.

I use mystery stopwatch timer, geoverify even for non sassie as it gives start time, snart voice recorder (all android)
I also use google calendar, it syncs with several apps, I still havent decided which one i like best.

I like dropbox for syncing photos from my phone to my computer. box.com has more space, but was harder to sync IMO. So I use both but for fast syncing it goes in dropbox.

Geoverify app for companies that use it.

MSI mobile- This is the only company I have found with a specific app. I like it.

Stylewriter- Expensive but worth it, it catches my errors. Perfect for proofing narratives. (I make a lot of them! Dysgraphic mystery shopping can be nutty.)

miidio- Voice recorder, great for timings too.

I wish jobslinger had an android app. I tried to find Shop It but never found it.
I use Mystery Stopwatch for timings. You can hit the "Add Marker" and it saves the time for you while the main timer keeps going.

I could agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
