Certain royal fast food chain

I have never found out what company holds this client, but if I did, the closest one to my house would definately get a thumbs down. For ages I have wanted to know who the hell manages this client, so I could report them. I cannot explain how poorly run this establishment is, how NO ONE speaks a LICK of English, how they mess up my order every time and rip me off by a dollar or more every damn time my family or I visit. Why do we go back? Perhaps they will change? Perhaps someone will shop this place and get it back to working order? We hold hope that this may occur.
As a mystery shopper, this is my only venue (except the corp, which I have already spoken to anonymously twice to) that I have to vent my concerns.

Thanks for listening. smiling smiley

Why not write a letter to the company president, using your real name. I would bet you will get a response.

They are shopped but not frequently enough and as often as not by the beverage provider who cares only whether the promotions are current. I generally avoid the places, but then I avoid ff in general because the service may be fast and competent to all corporate expectations but the taste and nutrition are poor choices and prices definitely not in line with the diminished quality.
I agree. They've been going downhill in service and food quality for years. Used to be it was my favorite FF burger. Lots of money has gone towards advertising the royal guy, but he's so annoying and their food is lousy. Not just one location either.
Oh I got so mad there one day because I was asked what size meal I wanted and I said, "Oh I don't know, the small I guess?" This was right after they changed their sizes. I pull up to the window and I'm charged like $2.00 more than what the sign said. The girl at the drive thru actually kind of smirked at me and said, "Well our small is bigger than our "Value" size. I'm like.. ok.. when did this value size thing start? I always thought a medium came with the order so I thought if I ordered a small I should be ok right? NO! Then this chick wouldn't even change my order.. she didn't give a crap. She was kind of laughing about it. I have no idea why I even paid her.. guess the kids in the backseat were hungry and I was desperate.

Oh and FYI.. we are never supposed to shop a place that we already have a strong opinion about. You could go into that royal PITA place ready to mark them off because you have a vendetta against them, which would be against the code of ethics.

I definitely agree with the other poster. Write some letters, make some phone calls, and quit going there!
Anyone else notice that the smaller version of their signature burger has SHRUNK? I was there with my kids recently (hey.. they add lettuce and tomato, so I figure it is slightly more nutritious than the Scottish place). I noticed that the smaller version of the signature sandwich that I always order was smaller than the generic cheeseburger that was in my daughter's meal-with-a-piece-of-crap.

I did have one of those shops Conferod on me recently. The order taker said the right line that qualified her and her co-employees to get their prize, but she literally GLARED at me when I pulled up to the window to get my food.
