This came up a few years ago. To me Whole Foods would be on the list. In my area we have a couple of local stores which are only located in upper income neighborhoods. Two of the three major local chains have stores all over the metro area and while some offerings are consistent across the chains, they both have stores with more of an upscale focus. Usually that includes a much larger selection of organic foods, wider varieties of wine/liquor, meat/seafood and gourmet fare, in house European style bakeries, floral departments in partnership with interior designers and in store coffee houses. Recently some of the stores have started to sell wine by the glass and have live music. The thought of grocery shopping with a glass of wine while listening to somebody play guitar really cracks me up
Those stores have also been hosting book signing with celebrity chefs. Totally by accident I ended up at one of them and got to meet Anne Burrell from the Food Network.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
