Canadian iPhone Apps for making $$

I've started a new one because I have a very specific question for Canadians.
When looking through the App store, I cannot find many of the apps mentioned in the thread.

I do have Field Agent ($50 in 1 month) and Gigwalk (never found any jobs) but cannot even find Mobee, Easy Shift, Pricespotting, Shopkick, Shift points to download.

So my question for Canadians is: Is this something that dumb 'ole Mike can't figure out, or are Canadians blocked from these apps??

I don't even have data on my phone. So haven't looked for any of these apps. If you learn anything, please share. If apps could make it worth paying for data, I might consider it.

I too was looking for these apps and could not find them today. When I google Mobee it shows me that it is available on Android, but I cannot get it in Canada. Which is a shame, because that is one I would use!
