withdrawals from my credit card

Shadow Shopper withdrew initial amount from my credit card twice. I e-mailed them that I did not want to continue but they then withdrew $59.95 twice the next month. I want my money back but so far, they haven't bothered to reply to my e-mails or letters.

Hi,
I had a problem like that and I wrote to them that I was poor and would not have to pay to file a law suite against them and reporting them to the BBB.
I got my money back All of it even the part I was suppose to pay them, just to get rid of me.
I wrote, sent Faxes, I even tried to get a hold of the parties that were the owners and started bugging them and some times it worked and then others it didn't.
I hope this gives you some ideas of your own to try.

Let me know if it worked and what it was that finally Changed their minds.

OH!!!! Be Sure to tell your bank to put a hold on those kinds of withdrawls, that way they will not be able to take any more of your money frrom then on.

The Best of LUCK,

I put in a dispute with my credit card company, and they took it off of my bill because shadow shopper never contacted them concerning this.
I just had the same thing happen to me and it was Shadow Shopper. They were offering a free weeks membership but asked for my credit card information. I put it in but there was an option to select DO NOT BILL MY CREDIT CARD that I selected. Low and behold, this morning, my small little checking account set up specifically for mystery shopping, is not in arrears because of them. I have sent an email and will let you know what happens. I was not happy to learn this today.
