HAs anybody shopped YMCA?

There are several YMCA shops available in my area, and there always are so I am considering adding them to my routes, but am concerned about the length of the tour that is required to be taken. How long does the tour last? I want to make sure I don't find out after applying that the tour is inordinately long.

Thanks!

And now so do I. I even feel the urge to do the dance now.
It CAN be a long tour.... just depends.... the shopping company on the other hand has them sitting for ages..... the low fee for a tour AND a report is a underpay by far. And do not forget the constant phone calls......
I did one and taking the class was the fun part of the shop. The pay was OK and the report was about 3 pages of narrative.
If you did a class and did a three page report you are at at half of minimum wage. SO not worth it....

I would guess at lest half an hour or more.....I saw them while in NO CA, but didn't take any.

Live consciously....
I did one last winter and it wasn't too bad. I work out regularly and it was interesting to see how they promoted their equipment and facilities which was below par by most gym standards. They were lucky the report didn't ask detailed questions about the equipment.
The pay is $35, so unless the reporting is a huge process, I don't see how it would be less than minimum wage, which is $8 an hour. That being said, I wouldn't work for anywhere near minimum wage. In regards to these YMCA shops I am looking at, there are several nearby that I could add a few to a route for some decent extra cash. But, my concern is the tours end up being too long and not feasible to build a route around them.
