"Light Relabeling" for a cell phone shop--anyone done one?

The board says it takes 10-15 minutes, is that true? I'm going to be in the area on a route and if it really is under 30 minutes to do, I want to take it, but if it is really going to take and hour or 5, I can't fit that much time in my schedule.
