HATE:
1. Anywhere that has a long line.
2. Associates who get long-winded. I'm talking about the ones that give you so many details that it starts to fly right over your head.
3. Low-paying shops and the schedulers who send out an e-mail begging for your assistance every day until they finally put a $1.00 bonus on it. These type also usually come with a "Fun and Easy" label and tend to say they ONLY take 30 minutes.
4. Getting begged to do a shop that's "only" 45 minutes away, even if it is bonused to $20. Gee.. I really want to get in my car and spend an hour and a half driving, not counting the time it takes to do the shop and enter it in, and then only make $14 or so after gas expenses.
5. Crabby husbands and relatives that just don't get why you are gone so much and on the computer all day long and then they tell you you're working for too little.
6. Driving around on the icy roads in the winter.
7. Shops that require you to "forget" something and see if the cashier notices. Seems no one else likes these either because I always get a ton of them and I'm afraid I'm going to get labeled a klepto or just plain a ditz for constantly "forgetting" about things.
8. Schedulers who give you a lot of shops one month and then nothing the next. It's too hard to plan your life around that.
9. Waiting 2 months for checks.
LOVE:
1. Those moments when your husband sees how much you actually did make and he's a little envious that he has a boss and you don't.
2. Getting a shop where you evaluate an entire mall and then pick up several shops within the mall to do while you're already there.
3. The nice schedulers who actually respect all that you've done for them so they reward you with more shops and bonuses.
4. Getting a couple of routes so that I'm only working a few days out of the month instead of having to leave the house every single day.
5. Teller shops.
6. Highly bonused shops that have a 10 question report and no narratives.
7. Getting a new "present" for myself every now and then when I've had really good months.
8. Getting 10s on reports.
9. Waiting 2 months for checks and then opening them up and remembering what a good month you had by the dollar amount on the check.
