Depends if you are thinking of mystery shopping over the phone or mystery shopping phone stores?
Can't go into details though, but shops over the phone are done occasionally by several companies but tend to get snapped up very quickly (even though they don't usually pay much), for phone stores there are a couple who do them regularly.
Sign up for as many companies as you can and keep your eyes open, and you just might be lucky. Use Google and you might find a list of UK MSC's.
