Priority Mail comes with insurance and tracking. First Class Mail is only for packages or envelopes of 12 ounces or less and does not come with insurance or tracking although you can pay to add either or both. There is also Standard Mail which used to be called Parcel Post, and it not not come with insurance or tracking either unless you choose to add it.
I knew that all the information I gained from doing Scenario A, B, and C would come in useful!
Adding insurance to First Class mail costs $2.10 and adding tracking costs another $1.05
