"Tiger" Gas Station Shops

All right, so I started with two of many Tiger stations where I will do shops. I have forms and documents coming out of the wazoo, yet I still can't find answers to some questions. Here is the first one that stumped me:

QDCS_Collateral Which of the following did you see?

The DCS survey information was printed on the back of the fuel purchase receipt
The DCS survey information was printed on the back of the in-store purchase receipt
The DCS survey decal was on the pump I fueled at
The DCS register card was posted at the register I checked out at
None of the above

I don't see a peep about this in my guidelines or updates. What the heck?

Also, what about POP pump toppers having to do with cigarettes or food sold in the store? Compliant or non-compliant?
Should I assume that anything but expired POP is compliant? I can't find this answer either in my downloaded documents.

The QDSC is explained in the section to print additional materials. It is labeled " OCTOBER UPDATE LETTER #1 Speedpass.pdf" Although the survey they are asking about has nothing to do with the Speedpass, I guess since they added both new requirements at the same time they put them on the same update.
As far as the food and tobacco pump toppers go, I have always counted them non-compliant since they are not "Tiger" material. I have been doing these quite a long time and never been corrected, so I assumed that was correct. I go on the assumption that ONLY current POP is compliant. If it is not pictured in the guidelines, I count it non-compliant.
We don't have those around here. I do other stations though, and if I see food/tobacco being advertised on the POP signs, it is not compliant. The business is advertising their merchandise, not the client's.
Thanks, you guys! You are a great help! I just spoke to the MSC representative who confirmed all you said as true!
In the instructions they talk about some food store but we don't have that store here and most of the shops are for Mobil and they have 7-11 stores. Many of the toppers advertise food available in the 7-11 and I count them as non compliant toppers. I only count the ones that are in the guidelines as compliant and they have been accepted.
My understanding is that the tiger/pegasus company wants to have at least 50% of the toppers be compliant. Is that correct? A lot of the stations that I do have exactly 50% current POP, and the other 50% is convenience store advertising, so I've suspected that it is correct.
