I don't know about your specific area but Anonymous Insights, Freeman, Coyle Hospitality, Regal Hospitality and I think Inside Hospitality.
Because hotel shops generally require extensive narrative, it is critical that you exercise great care with the writing sample they usually want. Write it in Word, use the spell checker, use the grammar checker, read it aloud to see how it 'flows', make sure it is a logical progression of the described experience, make sure it is objective (no 'I think' or 'I believe' type statements) etc. Only when it is perfect should you copy and paste it into the application. You generally only get one try at an application and then you are either accepted, rejected or put on hold pending work in your area. You will only know if/when you are accepted.
