What's an Elevation Burger?

I did one in the summer, maybe early August, but haven't checked that MSC's boards since then. Elevation burger's a chain of "fast casual" burger joints, more akin to Smashburger than, say, McDonald's.

I've quite literally eaten at both places exactly once (neither have many locations in the NYC area). I liked Smash marginally more: they have a larger burger, a better bun and I think are slightly cheaper.

Two different places. Elevation seemed to take as long as a sit down restaurant to serve orders. 30 minutes sometimes. They have a veggie burger but I didn't like it. The one closest too me closed after one year.

There is an EB located in NYC and it gets shop pretty regularly.
