Only slightly off topic...NYT: 100 things restaurants should never do

I had one in Germany, where our food was served after a long wait and was stone cold. When we complained, the waiter actually said to my husband, "Maybe next time you should eat it faster" (!) (Said, of course in a heavy German accent- like the Terminator!
