Need help with Presto maps

Hi Everyone,

Need your help, please. I looked in search and didn't find anything that could answer my question.

Today I signed up for my first shop on Presto - at least I think I signed up. The shop was for a cell phone company. The MSC was actually Kern. I did not see who the MSC was. I don't know where to start looking for the shop. I assumed it would show up on the Kern site, but it is not there. I recall that the shop was for next week, but I don't remember any details other than the client, and Kern.

Can anyone tell me how I can go about finding out if I really was assigned, and how to find out who the MSC is?

Can any Kern scheduler tell me about the shop?

Thank you all for any input. I would be interested in knowing your opinion on Presto Maps.

I don't do Presto maps Yet, but check some of the Sassies sites that you are signed up with. I shop about 4 different companies that do cell phone shops but I have yet to venture in to there Presto map allowance.

I haven't had any luck w/Presto Maps as yet. I know there are shops available, but when I pull up PM, I see nothing... anybody else having difficulty with it or great success? I like the concept - just don't know if the bugs are worked out.

I pulled up Presto a few days ago.....most of the shops were outdated or already assigned. But, I did see a chocolate shop with a company I was not signed up with so I signed up, applied for the shop, and tonight my tummy is full of yummy chocolate!!!

Shopping Central Jersey Shoreline. WHAT? I'm an adult?! When did this happen?! How do I make it stop?!

When you log into the KSS (Kern) site, are you looking under "my apps"? If it is still pending, it will show there. If it's not there and not in your assigned shops, then you can email the scheduler direct. If there are still open shops on the Presto site, you can click on a similar shop and see the scheduler name and email. If you can't find it, the scheduler in my area is Shelly. She's very good and I'm sure she can help you: KSSShelly@kernscheduling.com.

Hello Laura (and others),

There are two kinds of shops on the Presto map (http://prestomap.com). SASSIE mystery shops show as orange pins, and Presto Insta-Shops show as blue pins. The pin that you clicked on is a SASSIE shop, and clicking the pin takes you the mystery shopping company's website, where you go through the usual process of applying for the shop. If you don't see it in your shop log, a scheduler at the mystery shopping company could tell you if it has been assigned or not.

Presto Insta-Shops are self-assign: you simply claim the shop and complete the evaluation, and that's it.
