Well, there is a bit of a learning curve to use new technology. It does take some trial, and error, to see what works best for you. I use mine to save printing forms and guidelines heavy with pictures. Using Evernote to stream the form directly in its original form is the greatest ever!! I complete the form and mail a copy to myself. I recently upgraded to the iPad Air so I can upload directly to report (although only in Safari, not the Chrome app) and I figured out how to mark on a PDF form. I'd like to get dictation to work for me but haven't put the time in. Any reports that are heavy on the narrative I generally wait till I get home to my desktop. Although I did get a cool new bluetooth keyboard that may be easier.
Have you tried doing a search on this forum? There have been several threads that provide great tips on using iPads for mystery shopping.
