You can use it as a FOB and hold your "keys" naturally in your hand and angle the FOB upward and point it at your target with a little practice. I have real fob's and extra keys and a mini flashlight on my key chain to make the camera fob the least interesting on on the key chain and to make it seem uncomfortably big to want to keep in my pocket and have it draw no attention when you toss the keys on the table. You could even sport your lucky rabbits foot if you look the type to pull that off.

Another option is to take the FOB internal to a shirt and extend the camera and wear it as a body camera with a camera extension cable. The manufacturer sells them on Ebay. Depends on the type of shop your doing. If a dining shop, the key FOB on the table is perfect if angled to face where the server visits the table. If it's a shop where you want to keep the subject in the frame, then rigging it up as a body work camera and an external battery for more than 70 minutes would be more important.
