Video Shopping Certification

I have researched and found there are a few places that offer video shopping certification. Is there one that is the industry standard or most recognized by the mystery shopping companies that do video shops? What say you, oh wise veterans? smiling smiley

Video Shopping Pros and IMSC are the two that I had it narrowed down to.

Well, VSP has sometimes done the training at IMSC conferences, so it
might be the same. However, if Kathy from Clear Evalautions is doing the IMSC training, I would personally go with her. Nothing known against the other folks, but Kathy is both the best and most supportive scheduler in the video MS industry sector (And that's high praise, given the eceptional schedulers across that sector!) but also a super trainer. As James Bond has noted, many video shoppers would walk barefoot across hot coals for her.

As to my personal training, I got one-on-one training in ancient times (2005) from a great pro. That waslongbefore video certifications were offered. I have not taken certification classes, but I did help to mento rsome of the past trainers when they were new, lol.

Agreed x756746. Kathy is spectacular.
