my hot dog picture not liked by marketforce

on my first job for a company called marketforce i had to take a picture of my food. i ordered a chili hot dog. but when the carhop handed me the bag i put the bag upside down. this cause the chili on the hot dog to get all over the hot dog and the bun. so when i took the required picture it showed all the chili spilled everwhere. marketforce told me they can't (or won't) pay me because i messed up the hot dog.

so last week this happened again. i messed up the chili hot dog because i couldn't tell if it was upside down or not when it was given to me in a brown bag. the chili was spilled everywhere all over the hot dog. i couldn't afford to get rejected again. there was a store across the street by a walmart so i bought a hot dog for 1.49 and a can of wolfs chili at the walmart. i poured the chili on the hot dog and took the picture.

marketforce accepted the picture and i got paid. they are happy and so am i. my advice is don't turn the bag over or better dont order the chili hot dogs.

My advice is don't commit fraud. And I hope that all the schedulers and editors out there read this thread.
You have just cheated Market Force and you need to deactivate your account. sad smiley

After your first mishap, you needed to be more aware of how the hotdog was handed to you. As I recall, the hotdog is not served in a paper bag but in a paper tray and handed to you. (this is really besides the point, no matter which client you did the shop for)...

The REASON you take a picture, is to show "how" it was served, fresh condiments, bun crushed, etc. By taking a fake picture of the food you were "never" served, you have done a dis-service to ALL shoppers who work for them.

It is no wonder why we must produce receipts, time stamped photos, pictures of our food. It is because of shoppers like you, no matter 3 hotdogs or 30 hotdogs, you needed to learn how to get the food out of the bag, without dumping the chili.

If you don't admit what you did, I hope you get caught soon.

it was a real picture of a hot dog with chili. all i did was put it on the silver bag it came in and took a picture. they liked the picture so they paid me.

same kind of thing happend at another place i did a job for this compnay. i had to go to a drive thru and they told me to go inside to order to. so this was a lot of money i had to spend because i had to buy 2 meals. the drivethru went okay but the walkin didnt'. i got in line but i messed up the timing because i didnt know how to use the stopwatch. so i counted in my head. i reported that i used a stopwatch, just didnt tell them it was the one in my head. i reported the time and market force was okay and paid me. they wouldnt have paid me if i told them i messed up. those shops are hard to.
You could have ordered a second hot dog, perhaps telling them that since you spilled it, it makes it hard to eat so you are going to take it home to your puppy. Of course, you don't have to say anything. It would have been simpler just to order another one. You didn't know this the first time around, but the second time this happened you need to figure out a solution. Saying how the hot dog was delivered would be important for the client, in my opinion. I don't know how MF looks at it.

Listen newsomenew..I think you are a fake. I think you are posting this to "troll around".. NO shoppers I know, would do the things you are doing.

You obviously are an awful shopper. Hang up your hat and give us all a break....

If this is TRUE, I pray they track your IP address and prosecute you for FRAUD! tongue sticking out smiley

no they cheated me when they didnt pay me the first time. why is that okay with you? i couldnt afford to pay $5.23 to this place i dont even like to eat at. and i told them the first time what happened. they wouldnt pay me and i think market force would fire me the second time. then i'd be out another $5. as for deactivating myself i dont have a clue what that means?

Yes. Someone similar who changes his name a lot and hates Market Force, because they deactivated him because he was an awful shopper....tongue sticking out smiley

why would you pray that i go to jail over a stupid hot dog picture? i cant afford to lose money on stupid hot dogs. yes it was my dumb mistake both times and i accept responsibility but hoping i get prosecuted for fraud over my hot dog picture is overreacting.

im new and just learning. looks like i should have ordered a new hot dog instead of what i did. but the problem was that those hot dogs cost a lot more than the one i got at the 7-11 and i didnt have enough money to get a new one.

Don't let your frustration blind you from facts.

Did you mention in your initial report submittal about what happened? I strongly doubt Market Force would reject as long as you covered yourself and explained in detail of your situation in your report.

For example, I have had very unusual things happen with other Market Force shops where my receipt was taken from me or I was given a completely different food item, but I explained in detail what happened, submitted what I had and all went through as acceptable.

Listen: They did not pay you because you did NOT do the shop right. You should not be shopping if you can't pay the upfront costs, such as a chili dog, or burger. You pay the costs, you do the shop right, you get paid.

You do the shop WRONG and you get paid nothing. WHY should they pay you if you don't do the job right?

Please, you really, really, need to find a different line of work. Unless you have a bankroll and half-a-mind to complete a shop, you should NOT be doing this. You are hurting good shoppers by pulling crap like this.

Another point: Your silver wrapper is what your hotdog was served in, not a paper bag. You admitted that. Your hot dog is handed to you on a silver wrapper and a paper holder. I am sure the associate did not hand you a sloppy, nasty looking chili dog. You mishandled the chili dog, causing the client to be furious...

Deactivation means you admit what you did and they remove you from shopping site. If you keep doing this, I really hope they catch you...

i sure did. you mean the first time this happened. my mistake was telling marketforce what happened the first time. because, that was when they wouldnt pay me. so when i spilled the chili and turned the bag upside down the 2nd time i couldnt tell them it happened to me again. i got paid and got my money back. it wont happen again because i learned to order hamburgers and not chili hot dogs.

Apparently, you never read the guidelines: It's not about your hotdog, it's about you LYING and fabricating what happened. You bought a can of chili and whatever else you bought, created a fake picture and sent it to them. Market Force has just paid you for **NOT DOING YOUR JOB** They just don't know it yet...

If they catch you, since you were nice enough to post here about your false shop results, they are going to go after you for TWO shops now...

You do know what it means to be prosecuted right? They definitely will prosecute shoppers like you.

Did you even bother to read your initial paperwork about doing the right things and the wrong things as a shopper?

no you dont get it. the girl handed me a bag and i never ate at this place before this job. thats why i didnt know that i could spill the chili on my hot dog. when i threw the bag down on the car seat it fell upside down. that's why the chili spilled all over the bun. the girl didnt do it for me. i did it by myself.

how is it not getting cheated the first time when they wouldnt give me my money back. its okay if they dont pay me the shop fee but they wouldnt even give me my money back. i didnt cheat anybody. i really did order a hot dog with chili. i just needed a picture of another one for my report that didnt have chili all over the bun and i couldnt afford to buy another.

i did nothing wrong. i was paid and they are happy and so is the client.

If you could not afford to buy another chili dog, where did you get the money for the can of chili and the other things you bought ? tongue sticking out smiley

Why would you throw the bag down? If you know you have to take a pic of your food, why would you handle it that way?

because the girl was handing me my drink and i was paying her. the bag fell over because i had stuff piled up on the seat. that's why it fell off and on to the floor. the second time there was no excuse but it happened. buying a can of wolfs chili was only $1 at walmart so the total was $2.61 with tax for the chili and hotdog. the carhop was wearing yoga pants and they were way to tight and i did put that in my report. she was wearing these ridicuously tight black yoga pants. and she wanted me to tip her. so a lot was on my mind when it spilled the chili on the hot dog bun. oh yeah and i even tipped her $1. I only got paid $5 for all my work.

Something seems very odd with this story and person. Even the newest of shoppers should know what fraud is. And who would be dumb enough to clearly admit that they committed fraud on a site that is filled with serious mystery shoppers and MSC employees? Something seems fishy.

If not, then you may want to contact Marketforce and deactivate your account and work on some type of repayment plan before someone from Marketforce sees this and you are prosecuted...if someone on this site hasnt reported you already.

Read your Independent Contractor agreement then. You'll find out that if your report's rejected, they are not responsible for any of your expenses....

If you couldn't "afford" to buy another one, why are you mystery shopping?

why wouldn't you just hold the bag in the position it was given to you in? I will be looking at your previous posts to see what kind of game you are playing here.
the girl could hold the drink for a few more seconds while you carefully put the bag down
