What word to use for "poop" in report?

If there was dog poop on the sidewalk of an apartment complex, how should I explain that in nice terms?
I so look forward to reading the replies! smiling smiley

I think dog droppings is probably the "nicest" way to put it.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Fully digested and recycled dog food.

I say, go for it. Use poop. Poop is a fact of life. If you say the word over and over and over again it won't seem so strange.

We are supposed to be "professional". That said, I think either "dog droppings" or "dog excrement" would be the preferred choices.

You could also say, "There was evidence someone had not picked up after their dog."

Well, yeah, there's that.

Actually, if you say the word over and over it again, it starts to sound quite hysterical.
No, really, go ahead and try it...
Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop. Poop.
See! You're smiling already.
I like that! That's a very subtle way to describe an unfortunate situation smiling smiley.

Dog waste? Stool? Defecation? Number two? BM? Fecal matter? Dropped a deuce? Dog @#$%&? Dung? Crap?

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
There was some smelly crap on the sidewalk. I stepped in it and put the expense for a shoe cleaning in the extra expenses box on the report.
