Market Force photos problems

Photos are resized but new website will not accept them in the browse box. They worked on the old website.
Have you updated your browser? Mine would not work until I updated. I had that problem until I updated with a recent Firefox (although I know they want you to use IE).
Can you provide more details on the photo files? Format? File size?

are you using chrome? people say other browers work..but MF says only chrome
I uploaded photos yesterday with no problem. I use Firefox, so that shouldn't be an issue. But if all else fails, it's worth trying chrome....
I did download Mozilla Firefox today. Is that what you are talking about ? I am not computer savvy, but do the best that I can with instructions. Please advise.

I was unable to upload using chrome. The submit button was not there. I switched to firefox and everything went fine.
I use IE11 and it works well. I used Chrome in the beginning like they suggested. Had issues so I continued using IE.
For those having issues with Chrome, be sure that you flash and other software updates are up-to-date.

I'm on a MAC and I couldn't do it in Chrome or Safari. I had to email them to the help desk.
The Market Force website does not accept pictures that are larger than 1 mb. Check your filesize and if necessary, size them down.
Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
When I use chrome there is a resize button if the files are too large. Using my Mac for MF was always a problem with submitting pictures. I finally bought a chromebook but it has problems of its own. Nothing is more frustrating to me than finishing a shop and being unable to submit the pictures. What was a half hour shop now becomes over an hour trying to get the files uploaded.
Isn't size 640 x 480 smaller than 1 MB ? That is usually the size that I send to MF.
Change your browser and try it again, before you run out of time.
I used IE tonight for the entire report and photos. I have chrome but wanted to see if it would take...I love the resize button, I can either resize myself or hit resize and it seems to do it on it's own. (which is nice, it did not used to be that way).

If your camera has a quality setting, set it for 5 MP. This will make a file that will not be rejected and will not require resizing. Also, there are certain invalid characters that are not allowed in the file name. Stick with letters and numbers and do not use symbol characters. Firefox works great for me with the new website.
