Sassie Program Issues

I went to check some of my job boards this morning, and on all of the sassie job boards I cant pull it up... It gives me a message that reads "Your home address could not be mapped. Please click on My Profile to correct it." When I click on my profile the address is correct... I haven't changed anything. Has anyone encountered this before? If so what do I do?

I can't figure out what's going on... I can pull up jobs if I go to the "classic job board" but not anything else... it must be the system then if I'm not the only one getting this message I assume?

FRUSTRATING!

Same.

The "Near Me" feature works though.

My suggestion is the revert back to the "old" board. It still works.

The MSCs that use Sassie have had notices that Sassie would be down for maintenance for two Saturdays out of this month. After the first scheduled maintenance, there were a lot of issues that shoppers were not happy about. A whole thread has been dedicated to addressing those issues. Jack from Sassie even posted on there.

I am guessing that the issues were bigger than originally thought and they could not wait for the second scheduled maintenance for this weekend. If the Classic Board is available (it has been for me), use that and give Sassie time to straighten out these kinks. We shouldn't be surprised that new technology almost always has problems at the beginning.
I think we are all beta testers.

The actual developer for Sassie must use Firefox as that was the one browser that didn't break the classic view with the first update.
I said it a hundred times. To get to the classic job board. just add the
word Classic in front of the JobBoard part of the web address.

make sure the C is capital.

@techman01, the Classic Job Board comes up for me without those extra steps. But I have been using Chrome for years.
Sorry, I saw what the problem was and answered it. I didn't realize it had already been addressed. Just trying to be helpful. :-)
