Comments on Ritter Report

I'm heading out for my first Ritter shop and was looking over the guidelines. It states: "Make sure each comment is typed in UPPERCASE letters."

Is that really what they want? Looking at their grammar document, it appears they want proper use of upper and lower.

I figure I'll get a faster response here than emailing a scheduler but I'll do that too.

Yes, Ritter wants all typed UPPERCASE.

Yup. Just hit the caps lock when you start, and then go back and change all the letters that normally should be capitalized to uppercase because you'll automatically hit the shift key and make them all lower case.

Fun, huh?

I'm not advocating it, and I've only ever done 36 shops for Ritter, but I've never used all caps and there's never been a problem.

ALL CAPS IS REQUIRED. but i noticed that if i forget when i click enter key it changes to ALL CAPS.

Ah, I'd forgotten it changed by itself. I've only done three shops for them, and none recently. (If they're going to auto change it, wonder why they make an issue of it.)

Actually, I have done tons of Ritter shops and if you don't change it to CAPS or you hit save to continue, it automatically turns all your narrative into CAPS

I enter the reports for them in normal English and the website converts everything into Uppercase. Don't even give it a second thought.

That is correct, whatever you type automatically goes to all-caps.

yep is true automatically changes to caps done several for them.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

They must have an inferiority complex at Ritter and want to be yelled at.
