Maserati oil change shop / funny?

Own or borrow a Maserati and get $45 for the oil change.

Am I the only one that thought this was incredibly shocking?

#1 an oil change on a mid to large size BMW runs upward of $150 at the dealer.
I'm thinking that it probably cost more to change the oil on a Maserati??

#2 anyone who actually owns Maserati is unlikely to do this job.

#3 if I borrowed my friend's Maserati, I would basically be paying to do the oil change because it wouldn't be fully covered.

#4 can you actually read anything about Maserati without singing the song, "Waffle Stomp," in your head by Joe Walsh ?

Yes....some of these companies want you to either work for free or to actually pay them instead of being the other way around. Another example of this are the MSC that offer "free" hotel shops (reimbursement only)

a lube, oil, and filter change for a newer 3 series BMW is just under $150.00 at jiffy lube in california,i would have to assume a Maserati would be more! Even a newer Lexus rx 350 lube, oil, filter at the dealer runs about $300!
Who in the heck loans their Maserati to their friends? I guess that's where I am stuck.
My friend loaned me her Rolex (<$10,000 model) to do a super high end watch shop. I would not think of asking to borrow her $80,000 vehicle.
Even my 2002 small volvo ended up costing me too much out of pocket at Jiffy Lube to ever accept that shop again. They keep emailing me and offering now a $5 bonus. I have emailed the msc a few times to tell them Jiffy Lube was just too expensive out of pocket for me but they keep trying to get me to do it. Just the extra .7 qts of oil for my small car had a charge of more than the fee let alone the upcharge for Synthetic Oil they insisted on.

Life's been good to me (so far.)

Thank you. Glad somebody got it.

There is a local dealer here. I see quite a few Maseratis around town. Probably as many as I see Tesla now.
My Subaru Forester is $80 before sales tax. A Maserati with a $40 oil change, I want to be there for the owner to watch and be hunky dory. Not going to happen!i

I love my job, but honestly...when will they figure out the majority of us haven't just rolled of the turnip truck?

Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning; the devil shudders...And yells OH #%*+! SHE'S AWAKE!
My insurance agent has loaned me his Maserati for a few shops.
