I'm only finding a couple of options. You can write up your inquiry and fax it to 678.401.0222 or email to info@peaktechniques.com In either case make sure you give specifics of the job: Client, location, date of shop, fee promised, reimbursement, if it was an outside scheduler the scheduler name and email address with a note that that is no longer functioning, your name and contact information.

I am assuming that 1) you can see the shop in the "Visits Completed" section of their website if it has been within the past three months (and you may want to print that to fax along if you are faxing or print for your follow up file if you are approaching the 3 month limit) and 2) you are beyond their 'normal' payment cycle.
There is a short thread at 'Violation' about this MSC. See: [forum.volition.com]. Little has been posted, but much of what has is about non-payment issues. Shopper beware.

Suzie Camp is the president. As of last April, someone named "Ginny" posted her email as 'ginny@peaktechniques.com.'

We should always do research before accepting jobs from MSC's, IMHO, as we are the ones left holding the (empty) bag if they don't pay. That said, sometimes I take a calculated risk. That worked for Goodwin, which paid me after I complained, and did not work this last time for Restaurant Evaluators. But both times I did it, I knew I might have issues based on other shopper's reports, here and/or at other forums.
