I certainly haven't seen the video, but somehow I am not surprised that he would think something like that, only surprised that he would be so verbally sloppy in what would end up being publicly viewed. It is true that for the vast majority of Market Force jobs you don't need any special skill set. That is part of the reason why we suggest shoppers begin their business with Market Force. On the other hand there are many companies that require more skills, including decent writing skills, thinking fast on your feet and being creative to get the observations you need.
You seem to be fairly new, but as you shop you will find some companies that respect you enough to work WITH you as a partner and some companies that you just work FOR because there is little or no respect for shoppers.
