Things normal customers wouldn't do

I have done 4 different shops at the same BestBuy in a month! I always buy a soda for my receipt. I bet the greeter and cashier wonder why I come into a BestBuy for a soda.

That is how wealthy people got to be wealthy. They have the common sense to get it cheaper if they can but only if the quality is similar. It is not cheaper if you do not get the same quality. I would rather have the bucks in my Jeans than in their register. Tell me I am not crazy!

I do the same thing. It is just courtesy so they do not keep the reservation open for me. They can give that spot to another customer if the restaurant fills up. I have seen restaurants go from almost empty to having a wait within 15 minutes. They all show up at the same time.

I've had to ask the concierge for a recommendation only to lead him into making a suggestion for a certain restaurant. He then was supposed to make reservation for me so I could gauge whether the chef came to visit or or if they treated us as special guests. The converge called over to the location and asked if a reservation was necessary and they told him no. I practically begged him to make one anyway even though he assured me I would be just fine. He probably thought I was pretentious and thought I was way too important and special to simply walk into an establishment without a reservation. Sigh.

Does anyone other than a shopper ask for a receipt when they get their stuff back from a pawn shop?

I've never stepped foot in a pawn shop. Though maybe you are a really organized pawner? Pawnee?

If they ever ask, maybe I'll tell them the pawn fees are tax deductible. Bet they wouldn't know the diff!

The item under the shopping cart when you only have a half pound package of sliced cheese in your cart is one of them. In a supermarket shop I had to ask if they carry fresh unpackaged rolls in the bakery section ... meanwhile I was standing right in front of them.

The ice cream shop where I had to order a small vanilla (not chocolate, mind you) cone AND a mini concrete-like ice cream item.

The snack shop where I had to take a photo of the item while I was still standing at the counter

Taking a $600+ item to a register, asking about opening up a credit card, then saying I don't want the item anymore and walking away while watching the p!$$#d off customers behind me.

This was great morning humor. People like you sharing their stories keep me encouraged. Thank you.

I wonder how many of us wind up on notalwaysright.com a website for employees to tell about their stupid customers.
