GFK mystery shop editors are unprofessional.

I performed a shop for them and filled out the report and did not hear anything else from them. Then I got an email saying my shop was excluded because I didn't respond to a request. I emailed them to the address they provided and got an Undeliverable notice back. Don't do business with them. It's SO frustrating!

Mod note: Edited to clarify title as to who is being talked about.

you have to login to check because their editors dont always send emails anymore when there is a clarification. Some do, some dont.

There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots

I do a TON of work for GfK, and I haven't worked with a flaky or unprofessional scheduler yet. Keep on hatin' - more (bonused) work for me!
Incidentally, the situation your post is about regards editors and not schedulers. Maybe you should rephrase the title of this post to reflect that.

Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Not scheduling for ANY company.
MOST of the GFK schedulers are actually great in replying on time. I've only had an issue with one. I e-mailed one on Friday who hasn't e-mailed me back but I don't expect prompt replies on weekends and it wasn't in regards to a particular shop. I asked if there will be smartphone shops for August since I thought they'd be up by now.
They're still busy trying to get a few last-minute audits scheduled at the blue box stores.
Or Car insurance shops. I've only received about 150 emails about those in the last week.

Shopper in California's Bay Area
And you can only do one per round. I'd be all over those if we could do more. I have a lot of alias names/e-mail addresses from my apt shops . . . ?
You can't use an alias for those auto insurance quote shops. You need to provide your true information, including name, DOB, address, VIN, etc. The only bit of personal information you don't have to provide is your SSN. I believe that's the reason you can only do one.

For $20, I'll submit a couple of online inquiries. Even if I can't do more than one, it's not a bad fee for the work.
GFK schedulers as well as some other MSCs schedulers show up in my SPAM folder from time to time due to what address they are using. Something to be aware of. I had issues with a shop once (Not GFK) because they sent me a request for revisions which ended up in SPAM.

I check my SPAM a couple times of day for this reason. Every time a MSC email goes to SPAM, I add the address to my contacts to hopefully prevent it from happening again with that same email address. I've done this so much that hardly any ever go to SPAM anymore. I don't want to miss out on a good opportunity because Gmail thought the email contained questionable content.
