What do you mean by copying a webpage? Were you supposed to get a screenshot, and you took a photograph instead? Or do you mean that you tried to copy and paste, and the right information didn't show up? Was there some kind of confirmation message that you had to capture? And does this shop involve entering your contact information to see how people respond to an e-mail request? If you still have Internet access and this is the kind of shop I am thinking of, I suppose you could always try writing another message and saying something like, "I am sorry, but I am not sure if I included the right contact information." or "I am having computer problems and am not sure that my last message sent properly. This is what I was trying to find out."
If you mean copy and paste isn't working but you took pictures of what you got, I would try to get into contact with your scheduler and/or technical support at the MSC, and they might possibly accept your pictures by e-mail and/or walk you through how to submit them in some other way. As long as they can see all of the information that they need to be able to view, I do not think it will be a problem.
