I found the ending to be amazing. Something along the lines of the salespeople take the surveys themselves or trash them before being sent to the customer to avoid the bad reviews.

Here's a novel idea -- pay attention to the details of your service oriented job and you'll always receive favorable survey responses. Instead of looking for ways to defeat the system, find ways to improve your customer service skills. I guess that is just too much work and it's easier to corrupt the system in place.

If I were Ford Motor Company, I'd want to know if my dealerships were banning customers from returning. That same customer will likely go across the street to Chevrolet or Toyota or Nissan after being turned away...I know I would!

I couldn't wait until my car was out of warranty so I could stop taking it to the dealer's service department. If they asked me to fill out a survey based on my experiences there they would NOT be happy with what I had to say!
